Pricing
All the products listed on NeelsDryFruits will be sold at MRP unless stated otherwise. The prices of products on the website are applicable at the time of placing your order. Though prices of most dry fruits and nuts do not fluctuate every day, any changes in pricing would be promptly updated on the website / App.
Cancellation Policy
At NeelsDryFruits, we do not cancel any order once it is placed through our portal / App. However, if you need to add more products, call us on +91-7715900918 or notify us through mailumeshg@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing order. The refund for your order will be processed based on the mode of payment user during order placement. Note that your refund will be initiated within 7 working days depending on your bank.
Note that in case we suspect any fraudulent transaction by a customer that breaches the terms & conditions of using our portal, we could cancel such orders at our sole discretion and maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers to deny them access or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
Return & Refunds
Our "no questions asked return and refund policy" entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. When you buy products from our portal / App, your purchase is covered by a 5 days return policy which protects our valued customers. We will take the returned product back with us and make the required adjustments to your order value based on your payment method. Notify the damaged/defective products within 12 hours of delivery at mailumeshg@gmail.com with a subject of email as ‘Refund for speedy process’.
Please ensure to return the products in their original packing and it should be unused. Return of products will be accepted only if the items dispatched are in good condition. Refund will be processed only after receipt of the products. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment used while placing the order and will be initiated within 7 days.
Delivery and Shipping Policy
We have partnered with several logistics for our Domestic Shipments. Domestic shipping is free. Normal delivery and shipping estimate for all the domestic shipments are between 5 to 7 business days, delays might occur in some unavoidable circumstances such as owing to COVID-19 situation.

You may not create any frames around our Webpages that bring changes in appearance or visual presentation of our Website, without written permission and approval from us beforehand.
Reservation of Rights
